And I mean a full course breakfast with a lot of choices. The complementary breakfasts could not have been any better. He took special care with me and my grandson. He was just as nice and accommodating for the next 3 nights. The next day we met Howard at the front desk. The room was extremely clean and comfortable. He said absolutely! He was so nice and helpful and made sure all our needs were met, made sure we got fed and made sure we felt safe. Asking (Joe) if they had accommodations for our extra night. We got there a day early, so I took a chance and went to the front desk. The price was reasonable, so I booked for 3 nights. I took my 9-year-old grandson to Disney World and randomly picked a hotel that accommodated our needs and schedule. I’m not to picky when it comes to rentals, but being without hot water, the distance, and the uncleanliness we won’t stay again. Food around the resort however has options close by.

It says its 10 miles from Disney, but with traffic, its roughly 20 minutes. As far as distance to anything, it’s quite out of the way. so cleaning is definitely not a priority. However, in our 4 days, we never seen someone clean the hallways, elevator, floor boards etc. Now this resort has tried to update, and I could tell they’re working on it. They had drink choices displayed but were told those weren’t options and drinks were juice or milk. You pick your item (breakfast sandwich,banana, and wafer cookies) and they grab it from the fridge in the back. Breakfast, there are pre-plated items to pick from each morning. The water is comparable to pool water at its hottest. The rooms are good decor wise, but we also didn’t have hot water. We were three doors away from the elevator and a good distance in our room from the door with the AC blasting and still heard every noise,scream,conversation, elevator ding etc. I thought how bad could it really be? Yeah, walls are SUPER thin. Came across this property and mostly had good reviews other than complaining the noise levels were loud. I am an avid researcher on reviews when booking a hotel I’ve never stayed at before. Avoid this hotel at all cost they are corrupt, they have fraudulent advertising practices and they deny people their rights.

When I walked in the office immediately the clerk said I needed to wear a diaper on my face, I told her to just your job and check me in, then she immediately told me that she is going to cancel my reservation and that she was calling the police to trespass me, I know the police would not come because this happened to me before but I decided to avoid this hotel and leave because at this point a business that doesn't follow the laws of the country and denies my rights is not a place where I will give my hard earned money to. I knew there was some kind of corruption going on with this place because they have a huge sign that promotes the rates start at $29.95, I know there are no rates this low at this location because I have checked online and with the tool free number, the do not include the resort fee, which is more than the price that they are advertising. I booked a room for 1 night because I never stayed here before, so I don't book more than 1 night when I don't know what they property is like.
